Returns & Exchanges

At Noor By Saadia Asad, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and images of the product to initiate a return or exchange request.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, pack the item securely in its original condition; our team will review the claim to ensure the tags are intact and the fabric is unstitched.

• 3.
  Shipment Collection

  For domestic orders, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep, while international customers may be required to ship the parcel back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After a successful quality check at our facility, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7 to 10 business days.
